Notes
Logo and Banner pages are used to provide dynamic logos and banners for namespaces.
The first image in the page will be used for this purpose, so the page can consist of just a single image tag.
Logo images should be SVGs, or otherwise should be 300x300 pixels.
Banner images should be 300px high, by 1800-200 pixels wide, with the focus on the mid to left of the image, and nothing important beyond about 1500px right.
